    Moulds built around your format

    An Ekmold single-cavity mould.

    Single-cavity

A dedicated tool for one bar format. Dimensions, shape and custom details are defined together.

We confirm the exact material, tolerances and construction after reviewing the application. Not every material is suitable for every process. For professional customers and authorised applications.

    From specification to delivery

You approve the design and quote before manufacturing starts.

    1. Define the requirements

We review your idea, dimensions, product weight and production setup, then provide a free initial estimate.

    2. Approve the design

Paid design includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. You approve the final drawing in writing.

    3. Start manufacturing

The manufacturer confirms pricing and a production slot. Manufacturing begins once payment is received.

    4. Inspect and deliver

The manufacturer checks the tool, then Ekmold inspects it before shipping. We follow your order through to receipt.

    Before you order

    Do I need a drawing?

No. An idea, a sketch, a photograph or a description is enough to begin. Share the weight and footprint of the bar you want to produce. We clarify your requirements before design starts.

    How is the price calculated?

Dimensions, cavity count, material, quantity and custom requirements determine the price. You receive a free initial estimate before paid design work. Design, manufacturing and shipping are listed separately.

    When do I pay?

The initial estimate is free. Design is paid before work starts and includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. After written approval of the drawing and confirmation from the manufacturer, manufacturing payment starts your order. Full payment is preferred; a deposit arrangement can be considered on request.

When does the delivery period start?

The selected 7, 14 or 30 business days start when manufacturing payment is received, after written design approval and confirmation of the production slot. The period includes manufacturing, our inspection and delivery to you. Destination, order volume and availability are confirmed in your quote.

    What quality documents are available?

A material certificate can be provided on request. Depending on the project, tolerance documentation may also be offered. Available documents and any additional costs are specified in your quote.

What happens if there is a defect?

Ekmold remains your point of contact. We assess any non-conformity against the approved drawing. Where it is our responsibility, we arrange a return at our expense if needed and offer a correction or replacement as appropriate.
